We offer Next Day Delivery as a standard service, to ensure your order is with you as fast as possible. We also offer an upgraded Saturday delivery, meaning if you order on a Friday, we can esure your order is with you for the busy weekend.
If you live outside of the UK, we also have International Shipping options available for customers who want to experience The Ace of Vapez' brands in our international friend's countries.
At The Ace Of Vapez we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us and we will discuss further your options. All electronic cigarette components have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.
All products bar eLiquids can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing the item is still in original and unused condition. Atomizers and Cartomizers have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know with in 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.
eliquids cannot be returned under any circumstances, if we have sent out the wrong order we will send out a replacement immediately once we receive confirmation that the wrong item has been returned . All batteries have a 28 Day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cigs batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days email us and we will send out a replacement.
Any advanced Kit with a 6 month warranty will cover the main body only and not chargers and batteries, the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty.
All products are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange.
Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us. If you wish to return an item, our returns policy operates on a simple 2 step process:
Step 1: Complete this form, and send it to your account mananger (or alternatively to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please also include your courier's tracking number in the email.
Step 2: Print off a copy of your returns form and enclose that within the items you are returning to us.
Please note: If no returns form is emailed to us, and no form is enclosed with your faulty goods, we cannot be held accountable for uncredited returns. We will endeavour to assist with your returns as best as possible, however if the 2 step process is not followed, we cannot guarantee a speedy service with replacements/credit to your account.
