The 0.6ohm pod has a resistance range of 18-25W and is designed for restricted direct lung vaping. For a mix of MTL and RDL vaping, the 0.8ohm is the best choice as it has a range of 12-18W. The 1.2ohm coil is best for mouth-to-lung vapers and should be used between 8-12W.
